Amd installer - new driver has been downloaded

I had to totally remove everything AMD driver and package related from my system and reinstalled the chipset drivers first and then proceeded to download the video driver package. Everything installed fine that way. Clicking the chipset installer after the video package has been run will not work, at least not on either of my two AMD systems.

For months I've installed driver downloaded from HP website (AMD High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver [8.933.3.4000]) until today I notice that catalyst recommend me to update and install new version of driver. i just updated to 19.12.3 and it didn't ask me what i want to install so i went and downloaded the standalone installer which also didn't have the option to install the driver only, without the "amd radeon software"/control panel..

That is strange Can you try AMD Driver Autodetect?. That one is 100% sure using the correctly signed drivers. The ones from the download page should be digitally signed too, but maybe something goes wrong there?
